All orders are contingent upon product availability. In cases where an item is unavailable when we fulfill your order, we will either select an appropriate substitute or provide you with a refund for the item in question.

Delivery Locations

Our website’s offerings are exclusively eligible for delivery to addresses within St. Maarten/St. Martin.

Delivery Time

Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be furnished to you. Please note that delivery times are approximations and commence at 12 pm on the scheduled delivery date, not the order date. We make every reasonable effort to complete your order within the timeframe you specify when placing your order, barring exceptional circumstances.

• Delivery Hours: 3:00 pm – 7:30 pm
• Order Deadline: Orders must be placed by 4:00 pm ET for next-day delivery.

Delivery Fee & Taxes

• A delivery fee of $20 is applicable per order.
• A 7% sales tax is levied in accordance with the regulations of the island.
• We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
